Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in South Delhi. The specialist will identify and nurture leads, conduct sales calls and in-person meetings with prospective customers, and present the company's travel, entertainment, and care offerings in a clear and empathetic manner. They will support end-to-end sales cycles, from inquiry handling and needs assessment to proposal creation, follow-ups, and closing. On the marketing side, the role includes executing campaigns (online and offline), coordinating with creative teams, managing basic social media and promotional activities, and supporting events or community programs targeting seniors and families. Daily tasks also involve maintaining accurate CRM records, preparing sales and performance reports, collaborating with operations and customer care teams for seamless service delivery, and providing feedback from the field to improve products and customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage empathetically with seniors, families, and partners, and to handle inquiries with clarity and patience.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management capabilities, including lead generation, pipeline management, target achievement, and basic reporting.
  • Experience in Training or the ability to train team members and partners on product offerings, processes, and customer interaction standards.
  • Prior experience in travel, hospitality, healthcare, or elder-care services is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage field visits or events, and adapt to a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic digital marketing or social media platforms.
  • High level of integrity, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine interest in serving older adults and their families.
