Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales: Promote and sell memberships, packages, and services to achieve monthly targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships, follow up on leads, and encourage renewals & referrals.
Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute social media promotions, events, and offline campaigns to attract clients.
Outreach & Partnerships: Collaborate with schools, corporates, and influencers for brand growth and visibility.
Reporting & Strategy: Track leads, analyze campaign results, and recommend innovative strategies.
Requirements:
Prior experience in sales, marketing, or admin (preferably in fitness/dance industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills.
Target-driven with a positive, energetic personality.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing & lead generation.
