Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Andhra Pradesh, India, for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing outstanding customer service, managing sales activities, and delivering product or service training to clients and team members. The role will also involve analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, promoting brand awareness, and assisting the team in achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including driving and executing sales strategies.
- Proven ability to lead or conduct Training for teams or customers.
- Adept at building client relationships and addressing client needs effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in sales or marketing roles; a background in the IT or consulting industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar field is preferred.
