Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy:Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals and evolving market trends.
  • Integrated Marketing Campaigns:Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, print, in-store, and event channels.
  • Sales Enablement:Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional plans, sales tools, and training material that drive revenue.
  • Market Research & Analysis:Analyze consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activity to shape effective marketing strategies.
  • Budget Management:Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective allocation and high return on investment.
  • Performance Tracking:Monitor marketing KPIs and campaign performance to optimize efforts and improve outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product development, R&D, and sales to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience insales and marketing of cosmetics, skincare, or personal care finished products.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrated analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Updated knowledge of industry trends and new product developments.
