As we scale across geographies and channels, we're looking for a seasoned Sales & Marketing professional to drive media strategy, retail presence, and strategic partnerships.
Role Overview
As the architect of our India growth story, you will be responsible for the seamless integration of our brand across the Phygital landscape. From optimizing our presence on Quick Commerce and Marketplaces to leading strategic partnerships with Modern Trade and high-street retail, your goal is to ensure the brand is wherever the Indian consumer is, supported by a data-led media strategy.
The ideal candidate is analytically strong, digitally savvy, and has hands-on experience working with large online retailers as well as physical retail formats.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Retail Strategy:
Marketplace & Quick Commerce: Own the P&L for Amazon, Flipkart, and the emerging Quick-Commerce vertical (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart). Ensure optimal inventory fill rates to avoid Out of Stock penalties.
Offline Excellence (MT & GT): Manage relationships with National Modern Trade (Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, Hamleys) and specialized formats like Airport Retail and Premium Malls.
Go-To-Market (GTM): Design and execute localized GTM plans for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clusters, tailoring product assortments to regional consumer preferences.
Distributor Ecosystem: Collaborate with the General Trade (GT) liaison teams to ensure that digital demand reflects in physical availability through our distributor network.
Marketing & Media Strategy:
Integrated Media Strategy: Lead the media mix for the Indian market, balancing traditional BTL (Below-the-Line) activations with high-performance digital campaigns.
Retail Media Networks: Optimize spends on Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, and Google/Meta specifically for the Indian Festive Season peaks (Diwali, Big Billion Days, etc.).
Consumer Insights: Leverage India-specific data (e.g., regional language performance, mobile-first behavior) to refine creative messaging and campaign targeting.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
Demonstrate strong leadership in managing agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Partner with internal teams including Product, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Drive problem-solving initiatives and contribute to strategic business decisions.

Qualifications & Experience
MBA in Sales & Marketing (mandatory)
56 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, media strategy, or retail partnerships
Prior experience working with global online retailers and offline retail formats
