Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager based in Mumbai. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales teams, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include market analysis, customer relationship management, overseeing promotional campaigns, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and execute business plans.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales, Marketing, and developing customer-centric strategies
• Experience in Market Research, Data Analysis, and Competitor Benchmarking (minimum 7 years)
• Strong Communication, Presentation, and Networking skills
• Project Management and Leadership capabilities
• Familiarity with Digital Marketing and Brand Management
• Ability to analyze sales data and create actionable insights
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the eco-friendly or FMCG sector is advantageous
