Marketing & Sales Intern VDOgate (Paid Internship | 2 Months | PPO Opportunity)

Location: Remote/Hybrid (Mumbai preferred but not required)

Stipend: Paid Internship

Role: Marketing & Sales Intern (Founder's Office Growth)

This role sits directly under the Founder, giving you high ownership across marketing, outreach, sales funnels, and brand building. You will play a key role in shaping how VDOgate reaches customers and partners.

What You Will Do

1. Marketing Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Create social media content, captions, reels ideas, and short-form marketing materials.
  • Research trends in AI, creator economy, and video automation to craft engaging content.
  • Help build landing pages, marketing copies, and product-focused messaging.

2. Sales Outreach & Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify leads across agencies, creators, brands, and B2B clients.
  • Manage outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels using structured templates.
  • Track funnel performance and maintain CRM sheets for warm and hot leads.
  • Assist the founder in initial demo calls, scheduling, and follow-ups.

3. Market & Competitor Research

  • Build detailed research documents on competitors, pricing models, and GTM strategies.
  • Identify new market segments, customer personas, and potential partnerships.
  • Prepare insights for weekly meetings to guide marketing and sales decisions.

4. Content & Communication

  • Draft crisp presentations, sales decks, and pitch collateral.
  • Work with designers/editors to produce marketing creatives.
  • Support with email campaigns, newsletters, and community updates.

5. Founder's Office Support

  • Execute important high-priority tasks directly assigned by the founder.
  • Help coordinate activities between marketing, sales, and product teams.
  • Bring new creative ideas to improve brand positioning and lead flow.

What We're Looking For

  • Students/freshers passionate about marketing, growth, and sales.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and people skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, or sales funnels.
  • Ability to research deeply and present insights clearly.
  • Comfortable using tools like Canva, Notion, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and automation tools.
  • Bonus: Experience in editing, SaaS marketing, outbound lead gen, or AI tools.
