We're seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business development and marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and digital marketing within the SaaS and HR-tech space.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with lead research, outreach, and pipeline management.
- Draft and design marketing collateral, email campaigns, and social media posts.
- Support market research on competitors, trends, and potential partnerships.
- Help prepare presentations, case studies, and client communication materials.
- Coordinate with the product and marketing teams to align messaging with business goals.
- Track campaign performance and generate reports for analysis.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 01 year of experience (internship/project) in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and/or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
- Ability to research, organize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in SaaS, HR tech, or B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, or SEO/SEM basics.
- Creativity in content creation (social media posts, presentations, marketing collateral).
- Strong analytical mindset with interest in data-driven marketing.
- Enthusiasm for AI, recruitment technology, and labor market analytics.
