Role Description

Job Summary:

We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Intern who's eager to learn the fundamentals of sales, marketing, and business development. You'll play a key role in expanding our market presence through lead generation, field activities, customer engagement, and promotional initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to both sales and marketing functions while contributing to real-world growth projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Initiate cold calls and emails to set up introductory meetings with prospective customers.
  • Conduct regular field visits to markets, distributors, and client sites.
  • Assist in meeting preparation and shadow customer meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Collect and analyze market insights, competitor information, and customer feedback.
  • Support lead generation by mapping buyers, suppliers, and competitors; maintain clean contact/prospect lists.
  • Track leads through various stages of the marketing funnel and update the CRM with lead status, next steps, and ownership details.
  • Prepare industry-focused marketing reports, white papers, and market insights to support business strategies.
  • Assist in organizing promotional campaigns, brand events, and marketing activities.
  • Support social media initiatives content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams for daily updates and activity tracking.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or completed MBA in Marketing or related field.
Work Experience:
  • Fresher candidates are welcome.
Key Abilities:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relationship-building and client engagement.
  • Negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, Canva, and social media platforms.
  • Creativity in promotional and social media campaigns.
