About the Role:We're looking for energetic and confident Sales Interns who can connect with customers on-ground and help them understand and save in Digital Gold & Silver through our platform. You'll be responsible for driving awareness, building trust, and achieving sales targets in your area.
Key Responsibilities:- Interact with potential customers in-person to explain the concept of Digital Gold & Silver and its benefits.
- Guide customers through the process of using the app/platform for buying Gold and Silver digitally.
- Distribute marketing material, assist in local activations, and collect feedback from customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly sales and engagement targets.
- Report performance, leads, and customer insights to the manager.
Qualifications:- Education: Graduate / Undergraduate students can apply.
- Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, confidence, and persuasion skills.
- Availability: Should be comfortable working on-ground and meeting customers in-person.
