Sales & Marketing Intern - Paid Media:

This role requires a proactive intern who can validate and qualify leads in the CRM, support paid

campaign execution, assist with ad creatives, and work with AI, automation, and analytics tools.

The intern will help coordinate lead flow, manage follow-ups, and gain hands-on exposure to real-world

marketing operations.

Role & Responsibilities include :

Validate and qualify leads in CRM to build the pipeline, gaining hands-on experience in lead

management.

Support campaign execution, reporting, and optimization

Assist in designing creatives and ad copies to understand campaign impact

Learn and apply AI, automation, and analytics tools

Coordinate lead flow and follow-ups, gaining exposure to real-world marketing operations

Skills & Knowledge required :

Strong analytical and communication skills

Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and CRM tools

Familiarity with design tools and spreadsheets

Creative mindset and attention to detail

Ability to learn quickly, manage time well, and collaborate with teams

Background in marketing/business and relevant certifications (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads,

Analytics, HubSpot)
