Sales and Marketing Intern For a staffing firm (Work From Office Noida)

Stipend: 20,000/month

Duration: 3 Months

PPO: Performance-based

We are hiring a Sales Intern to work directly with the Sales Head. The role includes outbound calling, lead follow-ups, and supporting sales channel setup. Basic knowledge of AI-based B2B tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Setup AI based lead generation platform using LinkedIn Marketing, Meta Ad
• Support in setting up a perfect platform for Client acquisition
• Lead follow-ups and sales tracking in AI B2B tool(apollo.ai, salesforce etc)
• Support sales process and funnel setup
• Work on Excel / Google Sheets

Requirements:

• Graduate / Final-year student from a reputed college(Preferred but not a deal breaker)
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with calling whenever required
• LinkedIn Marketing, Meta Ads knowledge preferred
• Basic understanding of AI B2B tools (CRM, automation, lead tools) preferred
• Willing to work from office in Noida
• Flexibility is preferred, also a learning zest
