Role Summary
We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to drive business development initiatives in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar segment. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, renewable energy markets, and real-world project closures under the CAPEX model. You will work closely with the sales leadership team to identify opportunities, engage potential clients, and support proposal and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in lead generation, market research, and prospect identification for rooftop solar projects
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for technical inputs and commercial clarifications
Track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM tools
Maintain sales reports and assist in pipeline management
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field
Strong interest in sales, business development, and the renewable energy sector
Basic understanding of solar energy or willingness to learn quickly
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM exposure is a plus
