Job Description

We're seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Intern to support our business development and marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and digital marketing within the SaaS and HR-tech space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with lead research, outreach, and pipeline management.
  • Draft and design marketing collateral, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Support market research on competitors, trends, and potential partnerships.
  • Help prepare presentations, case studies, and client communication materials.
  • Coordinate with the product and marketing teams to align messaging with business goals.
  • Track campaign performance and generate reports for analysis.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 01 year of experience (internship/project) in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and/or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Ability to research, organize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in SaaS, HR tech, or B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing platforms, or SEO/SEM basics.
  • Creativity in content creation (social media posts, presentations, marketing collateral).
  • Strong analytical mindset with interest in data-driven marketing.
  • Enthusiasm for AI, recruitment technology, and labor market analytics.
