Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in the Pune Division. The intern will support day-to-day sales activities, including engaging with potential customers, understanding their housing needs, and presenting suitable property options. Responsibilities include assisting with customer follow-ups, coordinating site visits, and maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions in internal systems. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, helping create and share promotional material, conducting basic market research, and gathering customer feedback to improve services. The intern will collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and marketing teams, participate in training sessions, and contribute to initiatives that enhance customer experience and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on empathy, active listening, and resolving basic queries professionally.
- Interest or foundational skills in Sales, including lead handling, relationship building, and basic negotiation.
- Willingness to participate in Training and develop capabilities related to Sales Management processes and tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune Division, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using basic office software and online tools; familiarity with CRM or sales tracking systems is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Positive attitude, integrity, and eagerness to learn about the real estate and proptech sector.
