Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern. The intern will support sales operations, assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, and help develop client relationships. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, contributing to sales strategies, providing training materials, and assisting with sales pipeline management. The role also involves delivering customer support to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Basic understanding of Sales and Sales Management practices to support sales strategies and client engagement
• Ability to assist in Training and onboarding of clients as needed
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus
