We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

• Conduct Market Research: Assist in conducting market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitors. Analyze data to generate insights and recommendations for sales and marketing strategies.
• Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and persuasive content for various online channels, such as websites, blogs, forums, communities, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
• Conduct research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of social media strategies, including content scheduling, community management, and engagement tracking.
• Monitor website analytics and generate reports to evaluate campaign performance, identify key metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, search engine optimization, social media, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content creation, to ensure brand consistency and deliver high-quality digital assets.
• Assist in preparing sales collateral, presentations, and proposals for potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies, pricing models, and value propositions.
• Generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to the management team. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for performance improvement.

Duration and Compensation:

This is a 2-month internship position, with a flexible start and end date based on the candidate's availability and academic schedule. Candidates who performed well or make the first conversion within 2 months will be hired as Business Development Executives with Industry-standard salaries. During the internship program, candidates are eligible for commission-based remuneration for the businesses/sales that the candidates bring in
