Job Description

Company: SocioMav

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere in India)

Duration: 3 Months Internship

Are you looking to build a real career in Sales and Marketing At SocioMav, we don't just sell services; we solve business problems. Most businesses are invisible online because of poor SEO and unoptimized Google Map profiles.

Your Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Identify businesses with non-ranking websites or unoptimized Google Maps profiles using our proven Reverse Ranking strategy.
  • Consultative Outreach: Call a minimum of 50 potential clients per day between 9 AM – 7 PM.
  • Educate & Interest: Understand client pain points and provide knowledge about SEO, SMO, and Web Development. Explain why they need to rank on Google to grow their business.
  • The Expert Handover: Once a client is interested, invite them to a Free Consultation Meeting with our Senior Digital Marketing Expert.
  • Closing: You will attend these virtual meetings where we demonstrate our solutions. Depending on the conversation, either you or the expert will close the deal.

Earning Potential: How it Works

We believe in rewarding hard work with total transparency. You will receive your commission amount only after the client clears the invoice.

  • Commission Structure:
  • Monthly First 3 Clients: 20% commission per sale.
  • Monthly After First 3 Clients: 25% commission for each additional sale.
  • Example Calculation (For your knowledge):
  • Project Price: 10,000 per client (Estimated minimum)
  • Monthly Sales: 4 Sales
  • First 3 Sales (20%): 3 × 2,000 = 6,000
  • 4th Sale (25%): 1 × 2,500 = 2,500
  • Total Earnings for the month: 8,500

Note: Project values can be much higher depending on client requirements, meaning your commission increases. You may earn more, the same, or occasionally less depending on the final deal.

Education & Qualifications

  • Degree: MBA or BBA in Marketing and Sales, or Digital Marketing.
  • Status: Open to students in their final year, final semester, or earlier.
  • Skills: Having basic Digital Marketing knowledge will be an added benefit for this internship.

Requirements & Setup

  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday, no fixed work timing (But calls must be made between 9 AM – 7 PM).
  • Setup: You must have a basic computer/laptop and a stable internet connection.
  • Calling: You need to use your own mobile phone and SIM card for client calls.
  • Targets: No fixed sales target, but a mandatory activity target of 50 calls per day.
