Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and qualification (hospitals, cancer centers, oncologists).
- Maintain and update CRM, sales trackers, and prospect databases.
- Support in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients.
Marketing Support
- Support digital marketing initiatives (LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, website content).
- Assist in market research on hospitals, competitors, and healthcare technology trends.
- Help create basic marketing collateral (presentations, brochures, case studies).
- Track and report performance of marketing campaigns.
Business Research
- Research decision-makers and influencers in hospitals and healthcare organizations.
- Collect insights on hospital infrastructure, oncology services, and technology adoption.
- Assist in preparing account intelligence and opportunity reports.
Skills & Qualifications- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BBA, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Interest in healthcare, oncology, AI, and health-tech startups.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or digital platforms (LinkedIn, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to research, organize data, and present insights clearly.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Good to Have- Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Prior internship or project experience in healthcare or B2B sales.
- Understanding of hospital workflows or medical terminology.
