Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern, based in Pune. The intern will assist in promoting and marketing Aartoon's educational programs and services, engage in customer interactions, and support the sales team. Daily tasks will include contacting potential clients, coordinating sales activities, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the design and execution of promotional campaigns. The intern will also assist in identifying market trends and opportunities to expand the company's presence and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Sales and Sales Management skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, manage leads, and support the sales process.
• Training skills to help onboard customers and explain key aspects of the programs effectively.
• Teamwork, problem-solving, and organization skills are preferred.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and strategies will be beneficial.
