Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Intern located in Pune. The intern will assist in sales efforts such as client communication, lead generation, and relationship management, while also supporting marketing campaigns and strategies. Responsibilities will include offering excellent customer service, providing training to clients, and contributing to the preparation and execution of sales plans and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Knowledge and interest in Sales and Sales Management to support lead generation and sales growth
• Ability to assist with client Training related to services and tools
• Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in digital tools and familiarity with digital marketing trends is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
