Role Description
This is a hybrid Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Pune, with flexibility for remote work where applicable. The intern will work closely with the sales team on software sales and customer acquisition, including visiting vendors in person, presenting software solutions, conducting live demos, and supporting customer onboarding.
The role also involves assisting with lead generation, managing sales pipelines, engaging with potential clients, collecting market feedback, and supporting basic marketing initiatives. This is a performance-driven role designed to provide real-world sales experience.
The internship is unpaid for the first three months, with commission paid for every successful customer conversion. Based on performance and results, the role may transition into a paid internship or a full-time position.
