Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive based in Kotwali. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and promoting the company's portfolio of tissue paper, packaging boards, and specialty papers. The Sales and Marketing Executive will conduct market research, plan and execute sales and marketing activities, prepare proposals, and participate in negotiations to close deals. Daily responsibilities include visiting customers, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and delivery, tracking sales performance, and maintaining accurate reports in line with company targets. The role also requires representing the company at industry events, understanding client requirements, and providing timely feedback to support product positioning and market growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales skills with experience in B2B selling, account management, and customer relationship building.
- Proficiency in Marketing and Market Planning, including campaign execution and go-to-market activities.
- Ability to conduct Market Research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present products and solutions clearly.
- Prior experience in print, packaging, paper, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a target-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working on-site, traveling to customer locations, and managing field activities in and around Kotwali.
