Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales and Marketing Executive will identify and engage potential brand partners, creators, and agencies, present MyWall's value proposition, and drive new business opportunities from lead generation through to closing. The role includes planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting promotional activities, and coordinating events or partnerships to increase platform visibility and adoption. Day-to-day responsibilities involve conducting market research, creating and delivering sales pitches, managing client relationships, and tracking performance metrics against targets. The executive will collaborate closely with product, analytics, and operations teams to align sales and marketing initiatives with platform strategy and user needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and execute effective campaigns, promotions, and go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency in Market Research to analyze trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and identify new growth opportunities.
- Proven Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present clearly, build relationships, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience or strong interest in influencer marketing, digital platforms, or the creator economy is highly desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic analytics to track performance and report on outcomes.
