Sales and Business Development Manager at Biotecnika

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts and contribute to the growth of our educational and training services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Manage and mentor a team of Inside sales executives, fostering a high-performance culture.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, students, and stakeholders to drive long-term engagement.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including B2B partnerships and collaborations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Promote Biotecnika's educational programs, workshops, and services to prospective customers.
Prepare sales forecasts, track performance metrics, and create detailed sales reports for senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design campaigns that drive lead generation.
Represent Biotecnika at events, conferences, and webinars.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the education, training, or service industry.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Prior experience in B2B and B2C sales is an added advantage.
Understanding the Sales Cycle and ensuring that the team meets and exceeds the Sales projection for the Month/Quarter & Year.
