Job Description

Preferred Candidate Profile •

Candidates from Tier 1 & Tier 2 colleges preferred • Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills • Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, or f inancial services sales • Candidates with exposure to capital markets, financial services, fintech, banking, custody, or trustee services will be preferred • Target-oriented professionals with strong presentation and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities •

Drive business development and client acquisition initiatives across financial services segments • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market outreach and networking • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, and business partners • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and client servicing • Prepare presentations, proposals, pitch decks, and business MIS reports • Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and lead generation activities • Support branding and marketing initiatives to strengthen market presence • Participate in client meetings, industry events, and networking forums • Maintain sales pipeline, follow-ups, and conversion tracking • Collaborate with senior management to achieve revenue and business growth targets

Required Skills •

Strong business development and client management capabilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good understanding of sales strategy and market development • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Result-oriented mindset with strong ownership approach
