Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Sales & Business Development

· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.

· Identify and onboard new clients, including OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and key accounts in target industries.

· Promote JSM's product portfolio (carbon fibre composites, tooling boards, foams, 5-axis machining solutions, and adhesives) through technical presentations and demonstrations.

· Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead in the market.

2. Team Leadership & Client Relationship Management

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.

· Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms while addressing client queries and resolving issues proactively.

3. Sales Operations & Process Optimization

· Oversee sales operations, including order no fulfillment, inventory coordination, and supply chain collaboration.

· Implement CRM best practices to track KPIs (conversion rates, pipeline growth, revenue forecasts) and generate actionable insights.

· Streamline invoicing, tendering processes (GeM Portal), and sales reporting for transparency and efficiency.

· Work closely with R&D, production, and logistics teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.

4.Qualifications & Skills

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Chemical) or related fields. MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus.

5.Experience:

o 5+ years in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in composites, aerospace, or automotive sectors.

o Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.

o Technical familiarity with CNC machining, composite materials, or tooling solutions is highly desirable.

· Skills:

o Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

o Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making.

o Ability to interpret technical specifications and align them with client needs.

· Attributes: Strategic thinker, results-driven, adaptable to extensive travel, and passionate about industrial innovation.
