Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Calling prospective customers and informing them about new offers, discounts, and services related to pet boarding, grooming, and daycare.
- Maintaining an updated and accurate database of customers and leads in Excel/CRM for future follow-ups.
- Researching local pet communities, events, and potential collaboration opportunities to expand outreach.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and maintaining a positive relationship with pet parents.
- Assisting in coordinating pet care service bookings (grooming, boarding, walking, vet visits, etc.) and resolving customer queries.
