Sales & Marketing Executive

We are hiring a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive for Design Crew who can handle client communication, generate leads, and convert them into long-term business for our design and branding services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and connect with potential clients (business owners, brands, startups)
• Generate leads through calls, social media, and references
• Handle inquiries for services like graphic design, branding, social media, and digital marketing
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
• Understand client requirements and pitch suitable design solutions
• Share proposals, quotations, and service details
• Convert leads into clients and close deals
• Maintain lead data and daily reporting
• Co-ordinate with the design team for smooth project execution

Required Skills:

Good communication and convincing skills

Basic understanding of marketing, branding, or design services

Confident in calling and client handling

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM is a plus

Qualification:

Any graduate / pursuing

Freshers are welcome

Experience:

0–2 years (Sales / Marketing / Calling preferred)

Salary & Benefits:

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (based on experience)
