Project Delivery Lead

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Delivery Lead who enjoys owning outcomes, building strong client relationships, and ensuring that Salesforce solutions truly deliver business value.

In this role, you will work closely with clients, internal delivery teams, and leadership to ensure smooth execution of projects across platforms like Salesforce, SAP Customer Experience, and Zoho CRM.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is comfortable owning delivery, engaging with clients, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

You should ideally have:

·Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform

·Experience managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations

·Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams

·Strong communication and problem-solving skills

What You'll Be Doing

Owning Delivery End-to-End

You will be responsible for ensuring that Salesforce projects are delivered successfully — from planning to execution.

Your day-to-day will include:

·Managing project timelines, scope, and priorities

·Working closely with developers, admins, and consultants

Managing Client Relationships

You will work closely with stakeholders across levels and functions.

This means:

·Running discussions with business and technical teams

·Managing expectations and resolving challenges proactively

Building long-term partnerships with customers
