Position: Sales Associate Luxury Retail

Location: New Delhi

Experience: 1-6 years in premium/luxury retail or customer-facing roles

Job Summary:

We are looking for a polished and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join a globally renowned luxury boutique. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craftsmanship, storytelling, and delivering a world-class client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service and build strong client relationships
• Drive sales by understanding client needs and offering tailored recommendations
• Maintain store presentation and uphold brand standards
• Support CRM initiatives and after-sales follow-up
• Contribute to achieving store targets and KPIs

Requirements:

• Prior experience in luxury/premium retail or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable grooming and presentation
• Passion for fine writing instruments, watches, or leather goods is a plus
