Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Investment Advisor who can help clients make smart property investment decisions. The ideal candidate should be confident, goal-oriented, and passionate about sales with strong communication skills.

Your primary responsibility will be to guide clients through the property buying process, understand their investment needs, and close high-value real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities based on market trends.
  • Identify potential leads through calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Present company projects and explain ROI, payment plans, and benefits.
  • Conduct site visits and ensure excellent client experience.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and management for smooth deal closures.
  • Maintain client data, follow-up schedules, and daily reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable options.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and site visits.
  • Prior experience in real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Freshers with excellent communication may also apply.

Qualification

  • Minimum: Graduation in any field.
  • Preferred: Experience in Real Estate .
