SailPoint IIQ Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled SailPoint IIQ Engineer to design, implement, and optimize enterprise identity governance solutions. You will work closely with Security, HRIS, IT, and Application teams to strengthen access controls, automate workflows, and enhance identity lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ workflows, rules, tasks, and reports
• Build and maintain IIQ connectors across enterprise systems
• Integrate IIQ with Active Directory, Azure AD, Workday, Oracle HCM, etc.
• Drive automated identity lifecycle processes (onboarding/offboarding/access updates)
• Support RBAC/ABAC, certification campaigns, and access reviews
• Develop scripts using Java, JavaScript, BeanShell
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs and perform SQL-based identity data analysis
• Troubleshoot IIQ issues and optimize system performance

Requirements

• 58 years of experience in IAM/SailPoint IIQ Engineering
• Strong Java development background
• Hands-on integrations with HRIS, AD, Azure AD, and enterprise systems
• Solid knowledge of IGA, RBAC/ABAC, governance, and compliance
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Agile environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent

Reporting & Collaboration

• Reports to IAM Lead / Security Engineering Manager
• Works with Security, HR Tech, Infrastructure & App teams

Additional Job Details

• Work Model: Hybrid, with 23 days per week working from the Bangalore office.
• Interview Process: 34 rounds of technical discussions.
• Work Shift: General day shift.
• Start Date: Immediate joiners are preferred.
