Job Description
We are looking for a Safety Engineer with a background in Industrial Safety to support and improve workplace safety practices. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by identifying hazards, implementing safety measures, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct safety inspections at the workplace
- Identify hazards and suggest corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements
- Support and conduct risk assessments
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for workers
- Investigate accidents and prepare incident reports
- Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Assist in emergency drills and safety audits
- Maintain safety records and documentation
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of industrial safety laws and standards
- Risk assessment and hazard identification
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle safety inspections and reports
- Awareness of fire safety and emergency procedures
Qualification
- M.E / M.Tech in Industrial Safety / Safety Engineering / Occupational Safety
Experience
- 0 to 7 years (Freshers can apply)
Skills: industrial safety,hazard identification & risk assessment,knowledge of safety standards & regulations
