Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-orientedHealthcare Data Collectorsto support collection of clinical data, specificallylab reports and prescriptions, from healthcare providers across multiple specialties. The ideal candidates should be experienced in collecting data from various sources and a strong understanding of medical documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, verify, and digitize lab reports and prescription data from various medical sources and facilities (involving various medical specialties such as Endocrinology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, etc).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data collected from specialists and general practitioners.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to retrieve required documents.
- Categorize and organize data based on specialty and patient condition.
- Regularly update and maintain records in internal databases or electronic data capture systems.
- Escalate discrepancies or incomplete records to supervisors or clinical leads.
- Provide feedback to optimize data collection protocols and workflows.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in any field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in medical data collection
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to clinics/hospitals to collect the data
Work Conditions:
- Should have ability to collect the data from clinics and hospitals independently.
- Should be able to deliver the collected data within the specified timeline.
- Company will only share the data requirement details, but will not involve providing references to collect data.
