About Our Client
Our client is is a global leader in speciality films used for flexible packaging, lamination, labelling and industrial application. They have launched new business verticals - Adhesives and Masterbatch and are looking for an RSM for these verticals.
Job Description
The RSM North - Adhesives will report directly to the Business Head - Speciality Chemicals and will be responsible for the following:
- Managing sales of Adhesive business for North and East India
- Manage existing accounts and ensure market expansion
- Develop channel network for sales in the region
- Conduct competitor and market analysis within the industry in terms of market development, new products, competitive activity, new customers etc.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate would have the following:
- Experience in Adhesive industry
- Customer base : flexible packaging converter
- 8-12 years of experience
- BE (Technical Degree Must)
- MBA (good to have)
