Job Description



  • Drive new enterprise BFSI customer acquisition through consultative, solution-oriented selling.


  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure and onboarding coordination.


  • Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and present tailored solutions.


  • Build strong relationships with partners and internal teams to ensure customer success.


  • Develop and execute territory and account plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.


  • Track market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive insights to strengthen sales positioning.


  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant



  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in BFSI, fintech, regtech, or SaaS.


  • Strong track record of closing new enterprise deals end-to-end.


  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.


  • Strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused mindset.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
