What are we looking for:

We are currently hiring for Regional Sales Manager for our Delhi Market, who will be responsible for driving the growth and penetration of Sula's domestic brands through retail and institution channels. This role requires strong commercial acumen, strategic planning, and the ability to lead sales execution across the region.The role includes, but is not limited to the following:

  • Identify opportunities and develop long-term relationships with key channel partners
  • Lead sales frompremium institution partners and distributors and private retail outlets We are currently hiring for
  • Ensure the set sales targets are achieved keeping in view the monthly marketing budget
  • Carry out promotions from time to time
  • Proactively touch base with clients and provide solutions to their queries and complaints
  • Ensure timely payments from partners through proactive followup
  • Monitor monthly sales analytics and status reports to Management

Must -Have Requirements:

  • 710 years of proven sales experience, ideally in beverages, FMCG, or related sectors
  • Hands-on experience in managing the Delhi market
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and drive insights
  • Effective in planning, coordination, and on-ground execution
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Familiarity with sales systems and tools
  • Demonstrates high ethics and integrity
