You will be integral in designing, developing, and maintaining effective and compliant risk data and decision support models. Leading a team of skilled managers and data analysts, you will drive their development while ensuring robust model governance, actionable insights, and adherence to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to work closely with stakeholders and business partners to identify model data, reporting, and analytics requirements, ensuring consistency, control, and timely delivery.
- Provide guidance on model use, model impact, and model implementation, including managing Cohort model data for IRB model development teams.
- Support regulatory engagement and internal governance related to risk models and data frameworks, providing actionable insights and proposing corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain risk and decision-support models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Produce actionable analysis and MI, presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and business-focused manner.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging idea generation, Workouts, and process enhancements within the team.
- Assist in setting objectives for analytical resources and assessing team performance.
