Role and Responsibilities:
- Primary day-to-day client contact and interaction with C-level executives.
- Understands, defines, and meets client needs, serving as the main contact.
- Interfaces between senior client management and internal leadership (VPs and SVPs).
- Regularly engages with clients to gather business requirements, define analytical problems, and communicate solutions.
- Leads 12 engagements/projects with varying team structures and service delivery models.
- Drives revenue generation from managed accounts.
- Leads project teams of 36 consultants, team leads, or analysts in all execution aspects.
- Defines problems, structures solutions, and ensures successful execution.
- Outlines deliverables, timelines, and methodologies with clear project plans.
- Owns project execution with timely delivery and achievement of goals.
- Manages team performance and execution oversight.
- Provides thought leadership and actionable business insights.
Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years of experience in analytics service delivery, consulting, and client management.
- Strong background in B2C and omni-channel retail analytics across customer lifecycle.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and people management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Exposure to marketing, operations, sales, merchandising, supply chain, and retail strategy.
- Master's degree in management, data science, economics, mathematics, operations research, or related fields (BA/BS from top institutions also acceptable).
