Ensured strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards across all areas of the facility. Contributed to driving occupancy and repeat business through operational excellence and enhanced guest satisfaction.

Additionally, managed budgets, implemented cost control measures, and prepared regular operational reports. Collaborated closely with marketing and sales teams to support retreat bookings, promotions, and overall business growth.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in wellness retreats, boutique hotels, or resorts
• Strong understanding of wellness and holistic health practices
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing P&L and operational budgets
• Ability to work in a residential setting in a semi-rural location
• Passion for wellness, sustainability, and guest-centric service
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in yoga retreats, meditation centers, or wellness resorts
• Knowledge of Ayurveda, naturopathy, or holistic wellness practices
• Certification in hospitality or wellness management
