Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara for a Retired team member at Simple Sales Process. The individual will play an integral part in contributing their expertise to mentor, advise, and assist in the development of sales strategies and practices. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, sharing knowledge from past experiences, supporting team development, contributing to process improvements, and providing ongoing guidance to support sales team success.

  • Exceptional communication and mentorship skills to guide team members effectively
