About the Role
We are looking for a Community & Retention Marketing Associate to help drive user engagement, retention, and community-led growth across the brand.
This is a high-ownership execution role for someone who can operate across retention marketing, campaign operations, creator partnerships, landing pages, and community events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable working cross-functionally, and excited to build systems that improve user retention and engagement.
You will work closely with teams across Growth, Product, Tech, Content, Performance Marketing, and Creator/Community functions to execute initiatives that directly impact DAU, retention revenue, and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1) Retention Marketing Operations
You will own the day-to-day execution of retention campaigns across push notifications and email journeys to improve engagement and bring users back into the product.
What you'll do:
- Draft, schedule, and publish push notifications on a regular basis
- Draft, schedule, and execute segmented email campaigns
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and backend/product teams for campaign targeting and segmentation
- Monitor campaign delivery, engagement, and performance metrics
- Support lifecycle and retention marketing initiatives across user journeys
- Identify opportunities to improve messaging, segmentation, and campaign timing
- Maintain campaign calendars and ensure timely execution
You should be comfortable with:
- Writing strong hooks and high-conversion notification/email copy
- Working on tools like MoEngage / CRM platforms
- Reading campaign analytics and turning insights into action
- Running basic A/B tests and optimization experiments
2) Campaign Performance Tracking & Analysis
This role is not just about execution — it also requires a strong focus on learning, optimization, and performance improvement.
What you'll do:
- Track and report campaign performance across push and email channels
- Monitor engagement trends such as:
- Open rates
- CTR / CTOR
- DAU movement
- Retention-related performance trends
- Prepare weekly campaign performance summaries
- Build monthly deep-dive analyses on:
- Best-performing campaigns
- Underperforming campaigns
- Segment-level learnings
- Testing insights and recommendations
- Share actionable insights to improve future campaign performance
3) Performance Marketing Operations (Landing Pages & Testing)
You will support the performance marketing function by creating and optimizing landing pages for growth campaigns.
What you'll do:
- Build and/or optimize landing pages for campaigns across acquisition and conversion funnels
- Coordinate with performance marketing stakeholders for campaign requirements and assets
- Ensure landing pages are aligned with campaign messaging and conversion goals
- Support A/B testing across:
- Headlines
- CTAs
- Layouts
- Messaging
- Visual hierarchy
- Track test learnings and implement improvements over time
You should be comfortable with:
- Basic landing page creation and optimization
- Working with growth/performance teams
- Thinking from a conversion-first mindset
4) Creator Partnerships Management
You will support the discovery, onboarding, and ongoing management of creators who can add value to the platform and community.
What you'll do:
- Identify and help close new creator partnerships aligned with the brand
- Manage end-to-end coordination with active creators and their teams
- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for creator communication
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth content planning and delivery
- Track creator timelines, deliverables, approvals, and go-live schedules
- Ensure legal documentation and contracts are completed on time
- Coordinate with internal teams on payments, renewals, and deliverables
- Flag risks, delays, or blockers proactively and drive resolution
You will work across creator categories such as:
- Spiritual / mindfulness-led creators
- Wellness / lifestyle / mental health aligned creators
5) Community & Events Operations
You will play a key role in helping build and execute online and offline community experiences that strengthen user affinity and engagement.
What you'll do:
- Support planning and execution of community events and activations
- Coordinate end-to-end event operations, including:
- Planning
- Vendor coordination
- Logistics
- On-ground execution
- Internal coordination
- Post-event wrap-up
- Support marketing and promotion for community-led initiatives
- Ensure event execution is smooth, timely, and aligned with brand standards
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, retention, community, creator management, or growth
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Strong project management and execution ability
- High ownership and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Strong follow-through and ability to meet deadlines consistently
- Analytical mindset with comfort in reading campaign performance data
