The Store Manager is responsible for driving store sales, team performance, and customer experience while ensuring smooth day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive store sales targets and KPIs (Conversion, ATV, UPT, Revenue)
Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve performance goals
Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards
Manage store operations, inventory, billing, and reporting
Maintain visual merchandising as per brand guidelines
Monitor stock levels, shrinkage control, and store audits
Handle customer escalations and complaints professionally
Ensure team scheduling, productivity, and discipline
Coordinate with area managers and support teams
Requirements
36 years of experience in Sportswear retail
Strong team leadership and sales management skills
Knowledge of retail KPIs and store operations
Good communication and customer handling skills
