Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Retail Store Manager at our Rajouri Garden showroom. As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Training and supervising store staff.
• Implementing loss prevention strategies and managing inventory.
• Maintaining store aesthetics to align with Brahaan's luxury standards.
• Ensuring a premium and positive shopping experience for all customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Store Management, including inventory and team supervision.
• Excellent Communication Skills. Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
• Experience in the fashion or menswear industry is highly preferred.
• Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary & Compensation

• Annual CTC Range: 8,00,000 10,00,000 (8L - 10L).
• Final offer will be based on experience and expertise in the luxury retail segment.
