Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Retail Store Manager role based in Gurugram. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, implementing store policies, monitoring sales, and ensuring compliance with inventory and loss prevention procedures. The role involves active communication with the team to drive excellence across all retail functions. It also involves managing the retail section, the brands, collaborations, inventory and more.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Proficiency in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention processes to ensure efficient operations and minimal shrinkage.
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
• Experience managing retail environments, preferably in the food and beverage industry, is advantageous.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
