Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic retail professional with prior experience as aDepartment ManagerorStore Manager. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end store operations, lead a team, and drive sales and customer satisfaction.

• Sulthan battery (urgent requirement)
• Nadhapuram
• Pallakad
• Ottapalam
• Kannur

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of store operations, sales, and team performance
• Lead, coach, and supervise store staff to achieve KPIs and service standards
• Ensure inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control
• Monitor daily reports, sales performance, and customer feedback
• Maintain compliance with company SOPs, safety, and operational standards
• Collaborate with regional teams for audits, promotions, and process improvements

Eligibility & Experience

• Prior experience as a Department Manager in apparel retail
• Min 1 years experiencein handling stores (preferred Men's apparel categories)
• Ability to lead teams and achieve store-level business goals
• Understanding of retail KPIs, merchandising, and operational workflows
