Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager based in Gurugram. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, monitor inventory levels, ensure the store meets sales goals, and manage and lead store team members. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns, implementing retail policies, and ensuring loss prevention protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide an exceptional experience for customers
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with team members and customers
- Proven capabilities in Store Management, including overseeing operational efficiency and meeting sales targets
- Experience in Retail Loss Prevention to ensure compliance with company policies and minimize inventory shrinkage
- Leadership skills to motivate and manage a team
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and retail software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
