Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily retail operations, drive sales performance, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring that the team meets sales goals, and providing leadership to the retail sales team to achieve operational excellence.
