Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Sales Manager based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Retail Sales Manager will oversee daily sales activities, manage the retail team, and ensure an excellent customer experience at Tara Bhuyan Couture. Responsibilities include cultivating customer relationships, promoting and achieving B2B and B2C sales targets, training staff, and promoting the brand's unique collection. The role also involves assisting customers and ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Retail Sales and Sales strategies
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service expertise for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Ability to enhance Customer Experience through proactive and personalized interactions
  • Leadership experience in managing a sales team and meeting revenue targets
  • Familiarity with high-end retail or luxury fashion is a plus
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to deliver results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
